Our Services
We are the contractor responsible for the work underwater. Three areas: construction and repair, inspection and engineering support, and commercial diving with full crew and supervisor on site.
Construction, Maintenance and Repair
Crews with years of work behind them and hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal tools. Licensed general and marine contractor in five U.S. states with general and marine liability insurance in force.

Inspection and Engineering Support
We go down, measure and document the real condition of the structure. The report comes back with photos, video, thicknesses and drawings the client's engineer can use to decide.

We provide engineering support, not structural design. We work with the client's consulting firm or engineer.
Specialized Commercial Diving
Every job has a qualified supervisor on site. ADCI certified divers. One safe practices manual, no regional version.
- • Dams and powerhouses with differential pressure (ΔP) hazards.
- • Permit confined space entry.
- • Direct underwater support to general contractors on port and pier work.
- • Swoffer flow measurement and/or ROV inspection before the dive when the differential pressure risk is unknown.
Ten years on hydro dams, water plants, ports and bridges in the United States. Our clients are federal and investor owned power utilities, the Army Corps of Engineers, municipalities and general contractors. Gates, trash racks, intakes, spillways and piles, under differential pressure and in confined spaces. The same supervisors who ran those jobs run the ones in Central America. References and project list on request.

Structures and facilities we work on
If it's underwater and needs to be inspected, cleaned or repaired, it's our job.
